I do have used W3schools for html/css/php.

What programming language are you going to learn?

html, css and some JS, just to design nice websites I suppose. I think it will work for that. Does it have exercises aswell?

i haven't used it personally but it looks similar to https://www.codecademy.com/, which is usually my default when I'm learning a new language. i think having built-in exercises is super helpful when getting your feet wet and just understanding the basic principles.

outside of the basics though, i like sites like Linda (now linkedin learning) or udemy, which go a little more in-depth when you're ready for it.
