I just joined this site, I saw a post about it on Reddit (on r/RedditAlternatives), and I thought it looked interesting. I've been getting more interested in forums recently, partly from nostalgia, but also because messageboards just seem more fun compared to big social media sites.

I also have a Neocities site here, in case anyone would be interested in taking a look at it.

I like to draw, though admittedly I don't feel as motivated to do so most of the time, and I mainly just do sketches. I've also been interested in making maps (and probably mods eventually) for Doom recently, though I haven't uploaded any yet.

I don't think I've written an introduction thread on a forum before (even with one I've been on for years, I don't think I ever made a thread to introduce myself), so I hope this is good.

found this website via the reddit alternatives subreddit and it's pretty cool so far

still unfamiliar with how all this works, i've never used forum websites (the reputation of 4chan made pretty wary of ever trying one) along with how "chatting" works, how do i reply? how do these communities work? etc. etc also i can't seem to change my profile picture because of the 180x180 requirement

but regardless, i'm sure i'll get the hang of it and have fun eventually

i do pixel art sometimes (very slow artist tho) and have numerous interests, from various shows, movies, games and space (space is cool)
