Greetings Basement Community! I'm Amylase (yes I named myself after an enzyme because I'm a massive nerd when it comes to biochemistry). I discovered this site from 32 Bit Cafe, and while I didn't use internet forums a lot when I was younger and shared an old Windows 7 computer with my brother, they are a gem of the internet.

Speaking of which, I am obsessed with the old internet and the web revival movement in general. I have my own website, but it's very messy and incomplete. Other than old computers and internet, my other interests include drawing (even tho I suck at it), programming (mainly with Python and Julia), Japanese culture, vintage 3D art (like POV-Ray), biology, and anthropomorphic animals (I'm not a furry, I just like making characters). I'm also a huge fan of the Warioware series, and my favorite character is Spitz, as you can tell from my pfp and signature.
