Dragonslayer (1981) is pretty good
Krull (1983) is alright if you want a little sci-fi sprinked in your fantasy.
There's always Beastmaster (1982)
Conan The Barbarian (1982) assuming you haven't seen it a million times already
The 80's were a good time for fantasy apparently

Highlander (1986) is fun if you want a somewhat grounded urban fantasy.
While your great-grandparents were out partying, Connor MacLeod studied the blade.

My personal favorites recently is Wolfwalkers (2020) and Song of the Sea (2014), both made by Irish animation studio Cartoon Saloon.
They're both from the studio's 'Irish Folklore' (if i recall the name correctly) trilogy so they're both based off of, you guessed it, Irish folklore and myth. The first movie of the trio, The Secret of Kells (2009), is also really good and has fantastical elements but it's more focused on like the actual historical Book of Kells?
Honestly, they're all good, and Wolfwalkers/Secret of the Kells especially has really good historical subtext if you like that sorta stuff. The studio also produces some other great films like The Breadwinner (2017).
