with the release of v0.37.0, the site now supports smileys. I chose a few insane ones to start, but I'd really like to start sourcing them from the community, and see if we can't build a mature library of smileys to choose from.

here's the requirements for each smiley

1. can be in .svg, .png, .jpg, or .gif format

2. if it is not an svg, it must not exceed 60x60

3. must not exceed 150kB in file size

that's it. really anything goes here. feel free to draw something completely stupid in MSPaint or maybe just suggest one you found online that you think would be really funny.
