More generally, I read an article a few months ago that scientists haven't found any indication of a maximum life-expectancy. Which means, medical technology and living standards increase, we expect life expectancy to increase with it.

fixing our problems isn't going to immediate but our problems don't last forever either. take your time to improve and eventually you and i will find comfort in a imperfect world.
