I followed a bird on SA's forum talking about a new community on the internet, and figured: I've never been mislead by a little bird on a Web1.0 banner ad so far in 30+ years, what are the chances of that streak being broken?

I like technology, the visual arts, music, linux and forgetting to add an Oxford comma when common decency dictates. I live in Chicagoland. I touch a computer for work. I'll probably post just to post, but I'll try to post gooder for you.

I don't know much about Chicago other than it's the cleanest city I've ever been to, and that I want to try malort from this Chicago-themed bar that's down the street from me.

I am thinking we have been to different parts of Chicago. Last visit I made there (early 2000's) I had the pleasure of watching a homeless gentleman hang his arse over the curb at our stoplight and just empty his bowels. No shame in his game.

I've spotted Malort at my local liquor store, well outside of the Chicagoland area, but I'm too scared of it's reputation, to actually buy a bottle of it.
