I mostly use firefox (and safari on iOS, I forgot to add it), but sometimes chrome.

What browser do you use for everyday use?

Mozilla Firefox since 2004.

I use Chrome, but mostly because that's what is installed on my work computer. I also use Firefox and Edge but if you where to ask which browser I spent the most time in then it would be Safari on iOS.

i use Brave religiously, it's build on-top of the Chrome engine, but with a lot more by-default security features like disabled tracking and ad blocking. The one issue is that out-of-the-box, it has a lot of noise like a button to a crypto wallet, but you can toggle all that stuff off, then it's perfect.

the only issue becomes when I'm actually testing tracking-related stuff for work and I need to figure out why stuff isn't working like it should

Chrome most of the time for the speed and compatibility, though I might try out Brave now that I've heard about it.

Have used Chrome for the longest time, however I've thought about other browsers like Firefox to try out. Arc is also something I wanna check out once I get the chance on Windows.

Arc is just Chromium with a skin. Nothing special.

i'm all over the place when it comes to daily browser usage, as i can have 3-4 separate browsers open at any given moment, but i'd say LibreWolf is the true main. all the other browsers I use (Mullvad Browser, Brave, and Tor) are for their own specific use cases.

I use Vivaldi as my main browser because I like the vertical tabs, syncing with iOS, and the lateral bar where I can see stuff like my downloads. I believe the ad and tracking blocking is pretty decent for my daily browsing.

I also have Firefox as a secondary browser, and I installed some others(LibreWolf, Sleipnir) to try them out, but I never use them. I keep them anyway, you never know. And I have Chrome for when I want to use Google services, or when I specifically want to buy something so their spyware and adware keep trying to find different alternatives for any item I search for

btw i learned that Safari comes with added security features on iOS now, turning off tracking by default, stuff like that

I considered using brave too, but when I found the version thats compatible with my macOS X version, I already switched to linux mint, with Firefox.

I sometimes use chrome when I boot in macOS again, since i don't want to move everything since I use that os only one day in the week.

When I don't have a computer I can use, or when i don't want to boot my computer (since my computer takes quite a while to boot), I use safari for iOS (on my iPad) quite a while too. Its nice to have (almost) instant access to the internet!

Yeah, me too! Sadly, firefox (except some very old version from 2012) was not compatible with macOS X. When i switched to linux mint, i finally could (and started) using firefox!

Google Chrome for work. Kids / Education be on dat Google Suite, yo. Unfortunately, of course.

For a while I tried using qutebrowser on my thinkpad.

I liked the concept, but man it was slow. Dunno if this was because it's written in python, or if the web is just too much for a W500 now :(. I might try it again on one of my newer machines sometime, though.

And, of course, I otherwise employ firefox wherever possible.

Pale Moon — it's the only non-Chromium, non-Gecko browser that supports uMatrix. Although I have been thinking of moving to SeaMonkey, as it has quite a great suite of tools, it also has minor annoyances that really irk me.

I use Firefox as a backup if there is a site that refuses to work with these.

Think of LibreWolf as "Un-Mozilla'd Firefox" - it essentially is what Ungoogled Chromium is but with Firefox. I prefer it over default Firefox simply because so many unneccesary things are stripped out of it. It's just a web browser, plain and simple.

Abrowser. It is a de-mozilla version of Firefox for Trisquel GNU/Linux OS. It works for me but I doubt many people would find it as charming.
